Produced only in the best years, selecting the best bunches of Sangiovese and Colorino. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks, where it is left to macerate on the skins for a longer period than the Chianti Classico, which has a minimum of 12 months as an aging period. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine passes to the part of aging in barrique, then, once bottled, it is kept for the necessary refinement in the bottle before being presented on the market.
Fruity with finesse integrated into the wood which should not prevail but accompany and support its structure, consistency and persistence.
